A superb blend of imported five year old Malt Whisky with Grain spirit, carefully broken down with pure Canterbury artesian water, originating as snow high in the Great Southern Alps of New Zealand's South Island filtered deep through many miles of Canterbury alluvial plains - independent tests have shown this to be some of the best water in the world. Shepherd's has an international reputation and has been approved by the Scotch Whisky Association. It has both local and International markets around the World.
